How to find us
Our Institute is located on the west side of Aachen near the University Hospital (Uniklinik) and the buildings Horn and Melaten of the University (RWTH).
The 2 buildings of the Institute are only a few 100 meters away from one other so that the directions to the different buildings are almost the same.
Directions by plane:
The city of Aachen is situated 100 km from Düsseldorf International and 86 km from Cologne Bonn Airport. Aachen is also served by good rail links to these two airports.
Furthermore Maastricht/Aachen airport is only 42 km away from our Institute. The AirportXpress shuttle offers a direct link between the airport and Aachen central station and the timetables are established according to the flights at the airport.
A single ticket costs 10.00 €, a day return ticket 15.00 € (information according to the service provider).

The Institute is only a few kilometers away from the central station. A taxi ride will cost you approx. 7.00 € (however the prices vary according to the time of the day and the taxi company).
